Beth Whelan - Chief Strategy and Data Officer

Beth Whelan plays a key role in shaping Reassured’s long-term strategic direction, driving innovation and embedding data-driven decision-making across the business.

Beth leads Reassured’s change and data science functions, strengthening the firm’s data and AI capabilities across both technology and people to unlock smarter decision-making and deliver sharper predictive insights for better customer and business outcomes.

Beth brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior leadership roles across Private Equity-backed and FTSE 250 organisations. Beth now works closely with Chief Executive Officer, Mark Townsend, and the rest of the Exco, to support Reassured’s continued growth and transformation.

Alongside her role at Reassured, Beth is a Regional Ambassador for the Women’s Leadership Group and is on the Board of Trustees of Junos Women’s Aid, where she also sits on the Finance and Funding sub-committee, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive leadership and supporting women across the UK.
