Laura Havard

Laura was appointed as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in August 2023, shortly after joining Reassured as Head of Risk in May 2022.

She plays a crucial role in ensuring we continue to meet our regulatory obligations and manage our risks effectively, supporting the success of the business both now and in the future.

Prior to joining Reassured, Laura has worked in various risk and compliance positions within financial services for over 15 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience.
