Reassured places 8th

Reassured, a leading life insurance broker, placed 8th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2018.

Reassured, one of the UK’s largest direct life insurance brokers has been recognised in The Sunday Times’ 2018 list of The 100 Best Companies to Work For, placing 8th in the mid-size category (250-3,000 employees).

The annual list seeks to honour the UK’s top employers, with the rankings based on staff responses to a range of factors, from how they feel about their team, manager and company leadership to how happy they are with pay and benefits and the balance between work and home.

This is the fourth year in a row that Reassured has been nominated to the list, placing 36th last year. It is the only insurance broker in the 2018 list to appear in the top 10.

Reassured was ranked number one for leadership and also scored particularly well among its employees in the personal growth category, which asks to what extent staff feel they are stretched and challenged by their job, and my manager category, which asks how staff feel towards their immediate boss and day-to-day managers, ranking 4th out of the 100 companies in both cases.

Last year, we increased our staff numbers by more than 50%, moved to new headquarters and opened two new regional offices, so we are incredibly proud to have improved our ranking in the Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For list against this backdrop of change.

We have grown rapidly from a team of four in 2009 to over 300 staff today, and the commitment and motivation of our employees is reflected in our continued growth in customer numbers and the excellent customer feedback we receive.

We have big plans to become the most recognised, reliable and recommended life insurance broker in the UK and our staff are crucial to achieving this goal.

Ranking in the top ten Best Companies to Work For is a great achievement, but it doesn’t stop there.
