Lucy is Insurer Partnerships Director at Reassured and one of our key protection specialists with over 15 years’ experience in the protection industry.

She joined Reassured in 2021 after serving as Head of Protection at a leading mortgage broker. Since then, Lucy has focused on building strong relationships with our insurer partners to help ensure we meet the needs of our customers.

Lucy has received several industry recognitions. She was named ‘Woman of the Year - Unsung Hero’ at the Cover Women in Protection & Health Awards 2025, as well as ‘Best Critical Illness Leadership’ at the CI Expert Awards 2022. She has also been nominated in the Cover Women in Protection & Health Awards 2026 and the Protection Advisor Women in Financial Advice Awards 2022.

Lucy brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to her role and uses her expertise to help customers navigate the world of life insurance with factual guides and tools.
