Reassured, the UK’s largest life insurance broker*, has made it onto the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For list 2021.

This is the 7th year in a row that the company has featured in the prestigious list, which is published annually in the UK.

The results are based entirely on feedback provided by employees, via a survey carried out by The Sunday Times and Best Companies.

Participating businesses are scored based on various factors including workplace engagement initiatives, employee wellbeing and benefits, company culture, and values.

Reassured are pleased to have scooped up the following accolades this year:

  • 4th Best Company to Work for in the North West
  • 2nd Best Company to Work for in the South West

Reassured has also been awarded a 3-star accreditation by Best Companies, which recognises them as a “World Class” company to work for.

The survey revealed that:

  • 89% of employees said they love working for Reassured
    Reward and recognition are at the core of their company culture
  • 66% of employees said they were happy with the balance between work and home life
    The shift from office to homeworking in a response to the pandemic has emphasised the importance of flexible working, which the company are proud to support. Employee wellbeing and happiness is a top priority at Reassured
  • 78% of employees agreed that the company has a strong social conscience
    Reassured hold regular charity events, which include a range of activities in and outside the office
