Reassured placed 5th

Reassured announced back in December 22nd that it had made it into The Sunday Times top 100 list, with its first-ever entry and a 3-star accreditation.

The Sunday Times have now revealed the positions for each company that made it into the 100 Top list for 2015 and we are delighted to announce that we came 5th on the overall list for Best Small Companies to Work for with a BCI score of 838.3

The Best Companies Index (BCI) is a widely recognised measure of workplace engagement. The score goes from 1 to 1000, based on the employees answers to the confidential questionnaire, scoring the company in 8 different factors:

  1. Leadership
  2. My Company
  3. My Manager
  4. Personal Growth
  5. My Team
  6. Wellbeing
  7. Fair Deal
  8. Giving Something Back

And we have scored highly in all of them! We are very excited about 2015 as we continue to grow and 1st position is the aim for the year. Watch this space!
