Laura Benton received this nomination as an acknowledgement of the success Reassured has received as a result of her hard work and excellent leadership skills.
Reassured has grown from just 4 to over 400 employees in 9 years, leading it to become the largest life insurance broker* in the UK.
As one of the founding members, Laura has helped guide this growth, putting in place a crucial end to end sales processes and introducing new teams to aid the learning and development of staff.
Her work has resulted in Reassured being awarded a place in the ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For’ for the past 4 years and most recently, the ‘Princess Royal Training Award 2018’.
The Women in Sales Awards (WISA) aims to encourage diversity in the workplace, particularly within male-dominated fields, such as sales.
The awards take part in Europe, India and America with Laura receiving nomination in the European division.
The awards ceremony will be held later this year on the 8th of December at the Lancaster in London.
