Reassured proudly rank 12th position in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020.

We’ve secured a top 20 position for three years running within the top 100 mid-sized companies and we're really blown away to rank in 12th position this year.

Results were announced at the award ceremony last night, held at the prestigious Evolution London venue in Battersea.

Other high ranking companies include MVF Global, Churchill Retirement Living and Cooper Parry.

Every year, the very best employers in the UK provide their staff with a voluntary questionnaire, created by Best Companies to measure workplace engagement.

Reassured Top 100 Companies 2020

Employees provide feedback on a number of factors including how they feel about management, company benefits, and personal development.

Over 90% of employees scored Reassured highly in leadership and management, with the overall BCI score (engagement score) of 770.2 out of 1000.

This year, Best Companies have awarded Reassured with a 3 Star accreditation, which represents the very highest standard in workplace engagement.

In 2019, Reassured won Best Employer of the Year at the Inspire Awards and Best Sales Employer of the Year at the British Excellence in Sales Management Awards (BESMA).
